I’m loving Dumbledore’s arc so far – the mounting challenges, the moral dilemmas, fast changing events and magical ‘corruption’.

Well… crap. Dumbledore did what I would’ve done to Fudge and Umbridge, which is probably not the best idea when wielding a superweapon which seeks to corrupt the user. Hope he manages to sort himself out. Or maybe Harry absorbs the Elder Wand like he did the Cloak.

Within a few moments, a glass flask with a murky green liquid appeared on his desk. He uncorned it and downed it in one breath. Relief was swift to come, soothing the throb in his head, but doing nothing for his guilt.

      Uncorked, rather than uncorned?

Darn, uncorned would have been amusing to read 😊

Damn, hopefully Harry can win a duel over old Dumbles before he either snaps or loses to Riddle. It would be really inconvenient for their plans if he falls to the curse of the Hallows and while Juno is decently strong willed, Harry is probably the only one I see actually setting the Elder Wand aside and not using it
